Along with a love of the English language and a lust for the sea, it would appear I have inherited from my father the same chronic high blood pressure he’s been dealing with for the last thirty years. Stage 1 hypertension, 140 over 90. Correlates with shortened life expectancy, higher risk of stroke and heart disease, and a bunch of other things I don’t really want to worry about at age 24.
Better to know, I suppose. Now I have a real reason to run every morning and keep my diet reasonable. Anybody has any advice or similar experiences, let me know.
